Question 1

How soon can I get a consultation?

Accepted Answer

Availability is live — pick any open date on a planner's calendar. Many keep same-week consultations open.

Question 2

I have never planned an event before — where do I start?

Accepted Answer

Filter by All Levels, or book a Design Consultation. Every planner offers options, and nobody will make you feel behind schedule.

Question 3

Do I need to have a venue booked already?

Accepted Answer

Each listing shows the inclusions it provides, including venue sourcing. Most planners can start before a venue is locked in.

Question 4

How late can I book a date?

Accepted Answer

Dates stay open until the notice period shown on the booking, and popular weekend dates fill earlier than that.

Question 5

What if I need to reschedule?

Accepted Answer

You can move or cancel from your account up to the notice period shown on the booking, and the date is released automatically.

Question 6

My timeline is very tight — can you still help?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but check the "Not suitable if" note on the listing and message the planner first. Several planners run dedicated last-minute and rapid-turnaround services.
